Epic Seven accounts live and die on Moonlight five-star heroes and the gear behind them. An ML5 with no gear clears nothing, which is why two accounts advertising the same units can differ enormously in price.
What determines value
- Moonlight five-star heroes. Which ML5s the account has, and whether they are built.
- Gear quality. Substats and set completion. This is what separates a roster from a working account.
- Arena and RTA rank. What the account actually achieves with what it owns.
- Server region. Global, Asia or Europe. Cannot be changed.
- Stove binding. Epic Seven runs through Stove, and how the account is bound decides the handover.
What to verify before paying
- Which ML5s are geared, not just owned.
- Server region before paying.
- The Stove binding and whether the email can be changed.
- That the arena rank shown matches the current season.
The risk worth understanding
The common way an account purchase goes wrong is recovery: the original owner reclaims it through support after the sale. It is more likely when the seller is unknown and the account is cheap enough that losing the reputation costs them little.
Across our own sales, accounts under $200 are returned roughly twice as often as accounts in the $400 to $700 range. The low end is where careless selling concentrates, which is worth weighing against the saving.
Frequently asked questions
What should I look for in an Epic Seven account?
Moonlight five-star heroes and the gear on them. Gear quality is what determines whether an account can clear content, and it is the thing most often missing from listings.
What is Stove and why does it matter when buying?
Stove is the platform Epic Seven accounts run through. How the account is bound to it decides how cleanly it can be handed over, so the binding should be stated before you pay.
Can Epic Seven accounts change server?
No. Global, Asia and Europe are separate and accounts cannot move between them.
Is it safe to buy an Epic Seven account?
Selling accounts usually breaks the game's terms of service, so the publisher can act against a traded account, and no seller can remove that risk. The practical risk is the previous owner recovering the account. Buy with the linked email included, secure it straight away, and choose a seller whose warranty covers recovery.
What does the warranty on an Epic Seven account cover?
Recovery. If the previous owner ever takes the account back, you get a full refund or a replacement of equal value, your choice, with no time limit. Confirmed claims are settled within 48 hours. Publisher bans and losses on the buyer's side, such as shared credentials or phishing, are not covered.
How is an Epic Seven account delivered?
A specialist hand-checks the account, then hands over the login details in a private support chat, usually within a few hours and at most 24 hours after payment. If we miss 24 hours you can cancel for a full refund, and before delivery you can cancel for any reason.
Can I change the email on an Epic Seven account?
Epic Seven accounts sign in through a Stove account. You receive the logins listed for the account, including the linked email where the listing states it, and support walks you through moving it to your own email and turning on two-factor. Keep the new details private: shared credentials are not covered by the warranty.
