Refund & Delivery Policy

1. How Delivery Works

Every order is fulfilled by a human specialist — we hand-check the item one final time before handover. After your payment is confirmed you receive full access credentials, including access to the linked email where stated in the listing, together with step-by-step instructions to secure the account.

Typical delivery time is under a few hours; the maximum is 24 hours from payment confirmation. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you may cancel for an immediate full refund.

2. Before Delivery — Cancel Anytime, Full Refund

Until your order has been delivered, you can cancel it at any time and for any reason. Pre-delivery cancellations are refunded in full, no questions asked.

3. After Delivery — Lifetime Recovery Warranty

Every account purchase is covered for life against recovery: if the previous owner ever takes the account back, you get a full refund (or a replacement of equal value, your choice). There is no time limit on a recovery claim.

The warranty does not cover:

• bans or suspensions by the game publisher. Account trading is against most publishers' terms, and no seller controls how a publisher enforces them — this risk comes with the product itself;
• losses caused on the buyer's side: shared or resold credentials, phishing, a lost email or password, cheats or exploits;
• change-of-mind requests after credentials have been delivered.

To stay covered, you must:

• change the password and secure the account following our handover instructions promptly after delivery;
• not share, resell or transfer the credentials to any third party;
• keep the email and password you set private.

Access to a digital account cannot be "returned" once handed over, which is why the warranty is tied to recovery rather than to a return window.

Who is covered: the buyer who purchased the account from METAMMO. If the account is later resold or handed to someone else, the warranty does not pass to them.

4. How to Make a Claim

Contact us at any time via our support channels with your order reference and a short description of what happened. We usually reply within minutes.

How we confirm a recovery: we check it ourselves — in almost every case it is plain to see: the previous owner has changed the password, the email or the linked login, and you no longer have access. You do not need to prove anything beyond your order reference and what you saw.

Confirmed claims are settled within 48 hours — a replacement of equal value, or a refund through the same payment method you used to pay.

5. Payment Disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute — almost every issue is resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be contested with our delivery and communication records.

6. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to the paying wallet address unless agreed otherwise. We initiate refunds within 48 hours of approval; network or provider processing times may add additional days outside our control.

7. Relation to Our Terms

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Where the listing page states specific conditions (e.g. what is included with the account), those listing-level statements apply to that order.
