1. How Delivery Works

Every order is fulfilled by a human specialist — we hand-check the item one final time before handover. After your payment is confirmed you receive full access credentials, including access to the linked email where stated in the listing, together with step-by-step instructions to secure the account.

Typical delivery time is under a few hours; the maximum is 24 hours from payment confirmation. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you may cancel for an immediate full refund.

2. Before Delivery — Cancel Anytime, Full Refund

Until your order has been delivered, you can cancel it at any time and for any reason. Pre-delivery cancellations are refunded in full, no questions asked.

3. After Delivery — 30-Day Warranty

Every purchase is covered by our 30-day warranty: if the account is banned or recovered by its previous owner, you get a full refund (or a replacement of equal value, your choice). This applies when the ban or recovery results from the account's history prior to your purchase.

To stay covered, you must:

  • change the password and secure the account following our handover instructions promptly after delivery;
  • not share, resell or transfer the credentials to any third party;
  • not use cheats, exploits, or engage in conduct that itself triggers a ban.

Bans caused by the buyer's own actions after delivery, and change-of-mind requests after credentials have been delivered, are not covered — access to a digital account cannot be "returned" once handed over.

4. How to Make a Claim

Contact us within the 30-day window via our support channels with your order reference and a short description (screenshots help). We respond within hours and resolve verified warranty claims within 48 hours — refund or replacement.

5. Payment Disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute — almost every issue is resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be contested with our delivery and communication records.

6. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to the paying wallet address unless agreed otherwise. We initiate refunds within 48 hours of approval; network or provider processing times may add additional days outside our control.

7. Relation to Our Terms

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Where the listing page states specific conditions (e.g. what is included with the account), those listing-level statements apply to that order.
