GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Take-Two confirmed the date again in its August 2026 earnings release. Preload starts on 12 November.
No PC version has been announced. GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 both reached PC a year or more after consoles, but Rockstar has not given a PC date or window for GTA 6.
Rockstar describes GTA 6 as a single-player experience. No online mode has been announced, and GTA Online on GTA V continues to be supported.

Grand Theft Auto 6 launches on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar describes it as a single-player experience set in the state of Leonida, home to Vice City, with Jason and Lucia as the two leads. No PC version and no online mode have been announced. No real GTA 6 accounts exist before launch, so anyone selling one today is selling nothing.
GTA 6: What Is Confirmed Before Launch

Rockstar calls GTA 6 a single-player experience. Take-Two has said GTA Online on GTA V will keep being supported, and nothing has been announced about an online mode for GTA 6 or about moving GTA Online progress across. See what is known about GTA 6 online and the PC version.
The date has moved twice, from autumn 2025 to 26 May 2026 and then to 19 November 2026. Take-Two repeated the November date in its May and August 2026 earnings releases. Our delay timeline tracks every change with sources.
GTA 6 Accounts at Launch
Because GTA 6 launches as a single-player game, there is no online progression, currency or rank to sell on day one. We will only list GTA 6 accounts once there is real, checkable supply, and we will say plainly what each one contains.

Getting a GTA 6 Account Safely
