After your payment is confirmed, a specialist hand-delivers full access credentials — including access to the linked email where stated in the listing — with step-by-step instructions to secure the account. Typical delivery is under a few hours, 24 hours maximum.

Recovery, for life: if the previous owner ever takes the account back, you get a full refund or a replacement of equal value. Publisher bans are not covered — account trading is against most publishers’ terms and no seller controls their enforcement — and neither are losses on the buyer’s side, such as shared credentials, phishing or a lost password. The warranty covers the buyer who purchased from us; it does not pass on if the account is resold. To stay covered, secure the account per our instructions after delivery and do not share the credentials.

Yes — any time before delivery, for a full refund with no questions asked. After credentials have been delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not possible for digital goods, but the lifetime recovery warranty still applies.

Marketplaces give a fixed free window — 14 days on G2G, GameBoost and U7BUY, 5 days on most Eldorado accounts — and lifetime cover, where offered, is a paid add-on (GameBoost charges 15% of the price). Our lifetime warranty against recovery is included with every account. You deal directly with the team that sold you the account, on Discord or email, usually with a reply within minutes, and confirmed claims are settled within 48 hours. We are upfront about the limits: we compensate confirmed recoveries by a previous owner, not publisher bans, because no seller can control those.
