• Support communications — messages you send us via email or Discord.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and basic analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, referral source).

We do not require account registration to browse or buy, and we collect nothing beyond what is needed to deliver and support your order.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by independent payment providers. We never receive or store card numbers or wallet private keys — the provider passes us only a payment confirmation and reference. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.

4. How We Use Your Data

• to deliver your order and provide handover instructions;
• to handle warranty claims under our Refund & Delivery Policy (delivery records are kept for the warranty window and dispute resolution);
• to prevent fraud and abuse;
• to answer support requests;
• to send you order-related emails. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run this site — hosting, content delivery, payment processing, email delivery and analytics — and only what each provider needs. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Order and delivery records are retained for as long as needed for warranty coverage, dispute resolution and legal/accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Support conversations are retained while relevant to your orders.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and lightweight analytics to understand traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Your Rights
