3. Digital Delivery & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all deliveries are made electronically (via email or Discord). Once the service is fully delivered and verified (e.g., account credentials sent and logged in), all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the service within the specified timeframe.
