1. What you buy

METAMMO is a store, not a marketplace: you buy every account from METAMMO, not from an individual seller, and each one is checked by hand. When you buy an account you receive its login details, plus the email it is registered to and any linked logins where the listing says they are included, and we help you move them to details you control. What is included is what the listing states.

Games, characters and items remain the intellectual property of their developers and publishers, under the publisher's own terms.

2. No affiliation

METAMMO is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game developer or publisher. Trademarks, game content and imagery on this site belong to their owners and are used for description only.

3. Delivery, cancellation and warranty

Orders are delivered electronically, usually within a few hours, 24 hours at most. Cancellations, refunds and the warranty are governed by our Refund & Warranty Policy. In short:

• Before delivery you can cancel at any time for a full refund.
• After delivery a delivered account cannot be returned for a change of mind: before the handover you agree to immediate delivery and confirm you lose the right to cancel. After delivery you confirm receipt in your account; without a confirmation or a reported problem the order is confirmed automatically after 3 days.
• Not as described: if the account does not match the listing, promised items are missing or the login details do not work, we fix it, replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Every account carries a lifetime warranty: if a previous owner ever recovers it, we offer replacement accounts of equal value, and if none suits you, a full refund to the original payment method. The choice is yours. The warranty has no end date and needs nothing beyond your order reference.

4. What the warranty does not cover

Account trading is against most publishers' terms. We do not control publishers, so action taken by a publisher against an account (a ban or suspension) is not covered, and no seller can honestly promise otherwise.

Losses caused on the buyer's side are not covered either: shared or resold credentials, phishing, a lost email or password, or breaking the safety instructions we send with the order. The full list is in the Refund & Warranty Policy.
