Common requests usually get first options within a few hours. Rare skins, top ranks or very specific builds can take longer, and we keep you updated in your ticket.

Which games can I ask for?+

Any game with accounts, not only the ones listed in our catalog. If a game is new or niche, ask anyway.

What warranty do I get?+

Every account comes with our lifetime warranty against recovery: if a previous owner ever takes the account back, you get a replacement or a refund. Publisher bans are not covered. Full terms are in the refund policy.
