Copyright & Trademark Notices

Last updated 2 November 2026

metammo.com is run by METAMMO LTD (England and Wales, company number 17537562). We respect the rights of game developers, publishers and other rights holders. Game names, logos and imagery shown on this site are used to describe the accounts we sell and belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with any publisher. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, tell us using the steps below and we will deal with it promptly. This procedure follows the notice-and-takedown approach of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applies equally to notices under UK and EU law.

1. What to include in a notice

  • your name, organisation (if any), postal address, e-mail address and, if you wish, a phone number;
  • the work or trademark you say is infringed, and whether you own it or act for the owner;
  • the exact address (URL) of each page or image on metammo.com you want removed, so we can find it;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
  • your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is enough).

2. Where to send it

E-mail [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright notice". Post can be sent to METAMMO LTD, 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom, but e-mail is much faster. We confirm receipt within 24 hours on business days.

3. What we do with it

  • If the notice is complete, we remove or disable the content it identifies, normally within 2 business days, and reply to tell you what we removed.
  • Where the content came from a third party (for example a buyer's review), we tell that person it was removed and why.
  • If a notice is incomplete, we ask for the missing details instead of ignoring it.
  • We keep a record of notices and of what we did about them.

4. Counter-notice

If content you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject "Counter-notice". Include your name and contact details, the content that was removed and where it appeared, a statement in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

We pass the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have started legal proceedings, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat infringers

We do not work with suppliers, reviewers or other users who repeatedly provide infringing material. Where we receive valid notices about the same person more than once, we stop accepting their content and may close their METAMMO account.

6. Please be accurate

Sending a notice or counter-notice that you know is false can make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether a use infringes your rights, consider taking advice first. Other questions: see our Contact page and Terms of Service.
