- Reach Authority Level 15
- Unlock OMV Dijiang ship hub
Until then, some Talent Nodes stay grayed out due to Trust requirements. Patience pays off big.
Where to Get Gifts
Main hub: OMV Dijiang ship. Three core sources:
Ladonn - Protocol Exchange / Stock Redistribution
Trade Protocol Certificates and Stock Bills for Cultural Goods (gifts). Certificates drip passively from Outpost Orders — more automated outpost tasks = faster gift currency.
Story/Events/Quests
Occasional 1-2 gifts from missions or Node tasks ("buy gift on Dijiang").
Ship Terminals
Any Cultural Goods terminal shows available gifts + tags (Culture, Charity, Mind-Honing, etc.).
Pro Strategy: Max Outpost Orders for passive cert farming, then periodic Ladonn shopping sprees.
How to Gift (Step-by-Step)
Only possible on OMV Dijiang:
- Teleport to OMV Dijiang via world map
- Central Ring: Find operators in common areas OR summon up to 3 via Operator Contact Panel
- Approach → start dialogue
- Select "Offer Gift" option
- Gift list shows left-to-right effectiveness (leftmost = operator's favorite)
- Gift up to 5 items per operator daily → confirm
- Trust increases instantly. Daily limit resets on server time.
Key: Only gift operators you own (story/pulls/events).
Operator Preferences & Perfect Gifts
Not all gifts equal - operators love specific tags:
- Gifts have tags (Culture, Charity, Mind-Honing, etc.)
- Check operator's preferred tags (right side of dialogue portrait)
- Tag match = massive Trust boost per gift
Example preferences:
Last Rite loves Mind-Honing + Charity
Chen Qianyu prefers Culture + Charity
Aurilene Camera → Saixi, Arclight, Yvonne, Ardelia
Surf Tournament Ticket → Estella, Akekuri, Ember
Smart Shopping: Filter store by your main operators' tags → buy optimal gifts only.
Daily Trust Farming Limits
Hard cap: 5 gifts per operator daily. Full 0→max Trust takes multiple days.
Efficiency Plan:
- Auto-max Outpost Orders → passive cert income
- Daily Dijiang visits → gift only main team operators
- Tag-match religiously when buying
- Skip benchwarmers entirely
Veteran wisdom: "Stop gifting everyone - focus 2-3 carries. Trust spreads thin otherwise."
Why Trust Matters (Real Benefits)
Trust = progression gate, not just flavor:
Talent Node Unlocks
Certain nodes require Trust ≥ X to even activate. Skip Trust grinding = permanently locked build power.
Permanent Stat Boosts
Higher Trust = bonus ATK/DEF/HP that work in every battle.
Exclusive Content
Max Trust unlocks profile files, extra dialogue, sometimes unique scenes/art.
Cosmetics (select operators)
Full Trust occasionally grants operator-specific cosmetics.
Bottom line: Battle operators need Trust like they need levels. Skip it = self-sabotage.
