Who Warfarin is in Arknights: Endfield
She has not appeared on screen in the game yet. She shows up through collectibles, operator files and dialogue. The Endfield wiki describes her as the head of Rhodes Island's Talos-II branch, handling Originium crystal decontamination and data decryption.
Her biggest lore role is the Reconvener project. After the First Originium crystal was contaminated, Warfarin decoded its data, made contact with data shards and designed the process that turns them into Reconveners. She sometimes confuses those new beings with people she knew on Terra.
Rhodes Island now operates from a battleship, and Endfield Hub describes it as the game's most steadfast ally. The 1.6 broadcast also confirmed a future Cretaceous Frontiers region where a Rhodes Island operator joins the adventure.

Talent: Blood Sample Recycle
At Elite 2, when an enemy in her range is killed, she restores 2 SP to herself and to a random ally in range. It is a small SP battery on top of healing.
Skill 1: Emergency Triage
Auto trigger, 4 SP. At Mastery 3 her next heal restores an extra 25% of the target's max HP, but only on targets below 50% HP. It stores up to 4 charges.
Skill 2: Unstable Plasma
Manual, 60 SP with 50 initial SP at Mastery 3. Warfarin and one random ally in range get +90% ATK for 15 seconds, and both lose 3% of max HP every second. The drain can knock out either unit, so it needs a healer or a short fight window.

- Recruitment: she is in the Global recruitment pool. Her tags are Ranged, Healing and Support, and Healing plus Support guarantees a 5-star, either Warfarin or Ptilopsis.
- Headhunting: she is listed in Kernel Headhunting.
- Base: at Elite 2 she gives +50% Specialization training speed to Medics as a Trainer.
- Module: PHY-X "Emergency Reserves" boosts healing on low HP targets and SP gain on elite and boss kills.
