Where to Buy a Mobile Legends Account Safely in 2026: Escrow, Warranties and What to Check

Short answer: buy a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account either on an escrow marketplace (G2G, Eldorado, GameBoost, U7BUY or PlayerAuctions), where the platform holds your payment until delivery, or from a direct seller with a written warranty against recovery, such as METAMMO. The biggest risk is the original owner getting the account back after the sale through a binding they kept. Take over the Moonton account and its email, remove every social login the seller used, and check the skins and server in the game before you confirm.

Marketplace terms below come from each platform's own help pages, checked 6 October 2026. This guide was updated on 9 October 2026.

Why recovery is the main risk with Mobile Legends

An MLBB account is opened through its bindings: a Moonton account, and often a Google, Facebook, VK, TikTok or Game Center login as well. Third-party logins can be disconnected in the Account Center, but a Moonton account binding cannot be removed, so the email behind that Moonton account is what you need to control. A seller who keeps any binding can sign in again, and an original owner who can describe the account to support can try to recover it weeks later, after a short warranty has ended.

The second risk is the publisher. Moonton's Terms of Service say virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be "sold or otherwise transferred", so a traded account carries a risk of action by Moonton that no seller can remove.

Skins first, rank second

MLBB accounts are priced on the skin collection and the hero pool. Collector and Legend skins and event skins from past seasons carry the most weight; rank describes the account but resets every season. Be careful with "limited" in a title: since the Grand Collection became the Exquisite Collection, Collector skins can return in later events. Judge an account on the full skin list, not on one word.

Platform-wide account terms from each platform's own help pages, checked 6 October 2026. Which marketplaces carry Mobile Legends listings on a given day varies; these terms apply to any account bought there. Dispute handling, seller ID checks and support channels are compared in our marketplace comparison.

Credit where it is due: all five marketplaces hold the payment until delivery, so a seller who never hands over the login does not get paid. Their cover then runs for a fixed period. A recovery through a forgotten binding can come later than that, which is why METAMMO's warranty against recovery has no end date.

What to check before paying

  1. Every binding. Ask exactly which logins are bound: Moonton, Google, Facebook, VK, TikTok or Game Center. You need the Moonton account's email and password, and every third-party login the seller owns disconnected.
  2. User ID and server ID. Ask for both before you pay and check the server matches where you play. The server decides who you queue with, and there is no tool to move an account between servers.
  3. The skin list. Ask for a screen recording of the skin collection, sorted by type, with the account name visible. Count Collector, Legend and event skins yourself.
  4. The hero pool. Check how many heroes are owned and whether the ones you play are there.
  5. Rank and season history. Mythic and Mythical Glory placements are nice to have, but rank resets each season, so pay for skins and heroes rather than the current rank.
  6. Who created the account. Ask whether the seller is the original owner. A reseller cannot stop the first owner from contacting Moonton.

Red flags

  • A seller who will hand over a Google or Facebook login but not the Moonton account.
  • A binding the seller wants to "keep for now".
  • Skin screenshots without the user ID, or a count in the title with no recording.
  • A request to pay outside the marketplace, or by gift card, to skip fees.
  • A promise that the account cannot be banned.

How METAMMO handles Mobile Legends accounts

METAMMO is a direct seller: we sell our own stock instead of hosting other sellers. Every Mobile Legends account is checked by hand before it is listed. Our warranty is lifetime and covers one thing: if a previous owner ever takes the account back, you get a full refund or a replacement, and confirmed claims are settled within 48 hours. Publisher bans are not covered, because no seller controls them.

If you are not sure which account fits you, tell us on Discord or by email what you want to play and we help you choose. Delivery is usually within minutes to a few hours, at most 24, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery. What you give up compared with a marketplace is third-party escrow, so check our public record on G2G, Eldorado and GameBoost first.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the safest place to buy a Mobile Legends account?

A seller who protects you against a failed delivery and against a later recovery. Marketplaces give escrow and a fixed cover period; METAMMO, a direct seller, gives a lifetime warranty against recovery by a previous owner. Either way, take over the Moonton account and remove every other binding.

Can a Moonton account be unbound from an MLBB account?

No. Third-party logins can be disconnected in the Account Center, but a Moonton binding stays. That is why you need control of the Moonton account and its email.

Can I change the server on a Mobile Legends account?

No. Buy on the server you intend to play, and check the server ID before paying.

Is buying a Mobile Legends account against Moonton's rules?

Yes. Moonton's Terms of Service do not allow virtual items to be sold or transferred. METAMMO's warranty covers recovery by a previous owner, not bans.
