Short answer: buy a PUBG Mobile account with at least two social logins linked, so you can add your own and unlink the seller's, and with the email of every login handed over. Store or marketplace: what is the difference?
On a marketplace you buy from one of many sellers. The platform does not own or check the account; it holds the payment, takes a fee and settles disputes within its cover period. Quality depends on the seller you happen to pick, and the same account is often listed by several resellers at once.
With a direct store there is one seller: the store. It sources the account, checks it by hand and answers for it after the sale. What you give up is third-party escrow, so look at the store's public record before you pay. METAMMO's record is public on G2G, Eldorado and GameBoost.
How linked logins decide who keeps the account
A PUBG Mobile account is reached through social logins such as Apple, Facebook, X or Discord, and the official help center says different social networks are treated as separate game information. Unlinking has existed since July 2020, but you must have two social accounts linked and can only unlink one while keeping the other. So the handover is: link your own login, then unlink the seller's.
The help center also says support cannot access, recover or appeal decisions made by the social platforms, and that a lost Google Play or Facebook account has to be recovered through that platform. Guest account information cannot be restored at all. A seller who keeps a linked Facebook or Apple account, or the email behind it, keeps a way back in.
Global, BGMI, Vietnam, China
PUBG Mobile is several products. The global version is published by Proxima Beta, Vietnam is run by VNG, China plays Game for Peace, a separate Tencent title, and India plays BGMI. Make sure the account is on the version available where you live.
What the rules say
The global version's End User License Agreement (section 5(d), "No Account Sharing") says you may not sell, resell, rent, lease, share or provide access to your game account to anyone else, forbids selling virtual goods in secondary markets, and lets the publisher suspend or terminate access for a breach. No seller can remove that risk.

Every marketplace above holds your payment until delivery, which protects you against a seller who never hands over the login. Their cover then runs for a fixed period, while a recovery by a previous owner can come months later. That gap is why the length of cover matters as much as having cover at all.
What to check before paying
- Which logins are linked. Each one with its email and password, or at least two, so you can unlink the seller's after adding yours.
- Not a guest account. Guest data cannot be restored.
- The version and region. Global, VNG, BGMI or another version.
- X-Suits and Mythic outfits in game. A screen recording of the inventory and the profile with the ID.
- Ban history. Ask, and check the account signs in without a notice.
Red flags
- A single linked login that the seller keeps.
- An X-Suit listing with a screenshot instead of a live inventory.
- A BGMI account sold to a global player, or the reverse.
- A request to pay outside the marketplace to save fees.
- A promise that the account cannot be banned.
