Short answer: buy a RAID: Shadow Legends account either on an escrow marketplace (G2G, Eldorado, GameBoost, U7BUY or PlayerAuctions), where the platform holds your payment until delivery, or from a direct seller with a written warranty against recovery, such as METAMMO. The biggest risk is the original owner reclaiming the account through Plarium support after the sale. Take over the Plarium ID email, make sure every other login the seller used is removed, and choose cover that does not end after two weeks.
Marketplace terms below come from each platform's own help pages, checked 6 October 2026. This guide was updated on 9 October 2026.
Why recovery is the main risk with RAID
A RAID account is bound to a login: usually a Plarium ID, sometimes a Google or Facebook sign-in as well. Whoever controls that login, or the email behind it, controls the account. An original owner who kept any of them, or who can describe the account to Plarium support, can take it back. Recoveries tend to come after a short warranty has run out, which is why the length of cover matters as much as its existence.
Plarium's Terms of Use say you may not share your account or password and may not sell, buy or trade accounts or virtual goods. Any bought account therefore also carries the risk of action by Plarium, which no seller can remove.
Where to buy a RAID account: buyer protection compared
| Where | Type | Free account cover | Recovery by a previous owner covered? | Paid extension | Time to report a problem |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| G2G | Marketplace with escrow | 14 days | Yes, as an access or ownership problem: refund or replacement (refund policy) | None | 72 hours after delivery |
| Eldorado.gg | Marketplace with escrow | 5 days on most games | Yes: "recovered by the seller" is a listed case, as are bans caused by the transfer (details) | 3 or 6 months on selected offers | 3 days after delivery |
| GameBoost | Marketplace with escrow | 14 days | Yes: an account banned or compromised through no fault of yours is paid as store credit | Lifetime, sold as an add-on | Straight after delivery |
| U7BUY | Marketplace with escrow | At least 14 days | Yes: recovery by the seller and bans caused by the transfer | No published terms found | 72 hours after shipping |
| PlayerAuctions | Marketplace with escrow | Only if the seller offers it: 7, 14 or 30 days | Yes, within that cover: full refund to the original payment method | Paid After-Sale Protection at checkout | 72 hours |
| METAMMO | Direct seller, own stock | Lifetime, included | Yes, for life: full refund or replacement, confirmed claims settled within 48 hours. Bans not covered | Not needed | No time limit on recovery claims |
Platform-wide account terms from each platform's own help pages, checked 6 October 2026. Which marketplaces carry RAID listings on a given day varies; these terms apply to any account bought there. Dispute handling, seller ID checks and support channels are compared in our marketplace comparison.
Escrow on the marketplaces is real protection: a seller is only paid once you have the account, and a dispute goes to the platform. The limit is time. A recovery that happens after the cover ends is not paid, and that is the gap METAMMO's lifetime warranty against recovery covers.
What to check before paying
- The binding. Ask how the account is bound: Plarium ID, Google, Facebook or several. You need the Plarium ID email changed to yours and any social login the seller owns removed.
- Mythical champions, by name. The number of mythicals is the first thing a RAID account is priced on, but which ones matters as much. Ask for a screen recording of the champion index sorted by rarity, not a count in the title. Our champion list helps you judge them.
- Whether they are built. A mythical in the vault is not a working team. Check gear and masteries on the key champions.
- End-game progress. Ask for screenshots of Clan Boss damage, dungeon stages, Doom Tower and Faction Wars crypts if the listing claims them. These take months and count even when two rosters look alike.
- Great Hall and arena. Great Hall levels come from long arena play and are hard to rebuild.
- Who created the account. Ask whether the seller is the original owner. A reseller cannot stop the first owner from going to Plarium.
Red flags
- A seller who will not change the Plarium ID email, or wants to "keep the Google login for now".
- Roster screenshots without the account name, or an old recording.
- Signs the account was flipped recently: a fresh name change and sudden heavy spending.
- A request to pay outside the marketplace to avoid fees.
- A promise that the account cannot be banned.
How METAMMO handles RAID: Shadow Legends accounts
METAMMO is a direct seller: we sell our own stock instead of hosting other sellers. Every RAID: Shadow Legends account is checked by hand before it is listed. Our warranty is lifetime and covers one thing: if a previous owner ever takes the account back, you get a full refund or a replacement, and confirmed claims are settled within 48 hours. Publisher bans are not covered, because no seller controls them.
If you are not sure which account fits you, tell us on Discord or by email what you want to play and we help you choose. Delivery is usually within minutes to a few hours, at most 24, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery. What you give up compared with a marketplace is third-party escrow, so check our public record on G2G, Eldorado and GameBoost first.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the safest place to buy a RAID: Shadow Legends account?
A seller who protects you against a failed delivery and against a later recovery. Marketplaces give escrow and a fixed cover period; METAMMO, a direct seller, gives a lifetime warranty against recovery by a previous owner. Either way, take over the Plarium ID email.
How is a RAID account transferred?
The Plarium ID email is changed to yours, the password is reset, and any Google or Facebook login the seller used is removed. Without email ownership the original owner can recover the account through Plarium support.
What should I check on a RAID account's champions?
The number of mythicals, which mythicals and legendaries they are, and whether they are geared and mastered. Ask for a recording of the champion index sorted by rarity.
Is buying a RAID account against Plarium's rules?
Yes. Plarium's Terms of Use forbid sharing accounts and selling or buying accounts and virtual goods. A warranty protects your money against recovery; METAMMO's warranty does not cover bans.
