What are the best weapons in Fortnite right now?
Game Rant’s season-launch tier list (24 August 2026) put the Pump Shotgun, Drum Gun, Enhanced Assault Rifle, Midas’ Masterpiece and the 1-Up Token in S-tier. Since then Epic buffed the Pump Shotgun and nerfed the 8-Bit Shotgun and Assault Rifle (v42.10), and vaulted the Drum Gun (v42.30, October 2026).
What are Overrides in Fortnite?
Override Consoles, new in Chapter 7 Season 4, let the player who reaches them change the rules for the whole match — for example Big Head Mode, Prop Hunt or Dynamic Storm. Squad Overrides buff only the squad that grabs them but reveal its location on the map. Since v42.10 Overrides appear two to three times per match.
