Crystals are the premium currency in Grand Summoners: you buy them or earn them by playing, and spend them on summons and energy refills.

Banners

Banner types

  • Crossover banners: limited units from an anime collab. Recent crossovers gave over 100 free tickets and a guaranteed 5★ on the first roll.
  • Seasonal banners: Summer, Halloween, Valentine and Christmas variants.
  • Story and regular banners: units from the main story and new sagas.
  • The cost per pull and any guarantee are shown on each banner in the game; they are not the same on every banner.

Duplicates and Luck

Limit Break and Luck

  • A summoned unit reaches Max Limit Break (MLB) with 5 duplicates or LB Stones.
  • Duplicates also add their Luck to the unit.
  • Luck 100 guarantees 2 bonus drops after a quest; each further step adds drops, up to 9 drops at the cap of 300.
  • Crossover Gems raise collab units only up to 120 Luck.

  • The game’s terms say crystals cannot be given or moved to another account.
  • Paid crystals may not carry over when you change device or operating system.
  • Starter accounts are often sold mainly for their crystals. For endgame accounts, units matter far more.

How do I get free crystals?

From story clears, events, login bonuses and rank-ups. The game also gives free crossover tickets during collabs.

Is there pity in Grand Summoners?

Each banner shows its own guarantee rules in the game. We could not confirm one fixed pity number for all banners.

What is a “spark”?

Player slang for a guaranteed pick after enough summons on a banner. The amount depends on the banner.

Should I buy a starter account with many crystals?

It is a fast start if you want to pull on the current banner. For long-term strength, look at the Ascended unit count instead.

Do Lucky Gems work on any unit?

Normal Lucky Gems work on any unit. Crossover Gems only work on units from their own crossover.
