Last War: Survival has 18 VIP levels, and each one is unlocked by a cumulative total of VIP Points: VIP 15 needs 3,000,000 points, VIP 16 needs 5,000,000, VIP 17 needs 20,000,000 and VIP 18 needs 50,000,000. Your VIP level is permanent, but most of its bonuses only work while you have active VIP time, which is bought separately with Diamonds.

VIP points needed for every level
The thresholds below are cumulative. Reaching VIP 18 means 50,000,000 points in total, not 50,000,000 on top of VIP 17. The right column shows how many points the step itself costs, which is the number that actually matters when you plan spending.
| VIP level | Total points | Points for this step |
|---|---|---|
| VIP 1 | 0 | 0 |
| VIP 2 | 500 | 500 |
| VIP 3 | 1,000 | 500 |
| VIP 4 | 5,000 | 4,000 |
| VIP 5 | 10,000 | 5,000 |
| VIP 6 | 15,000 | 5,000 |
| VIP 7 | 30,000 | 15,000 |
| VIP 8 | 50,000 | 20,000 |
| VIP 9 | 100,000 | 50,000 |
| VIP 10 | 150,000 | 50,000 |
| VIP 11 | 250,000 | 100,000 |
| VIP 12 | 500,000 | 250,000 |
| VIP 13 | 1,000,000 | 500,000 |
| VIP 14 | 2,000,000 | 1,000,000 |
| VIP 15 | 3,000,000 | 1,000,000 |
| VIP 16 | 5,000,000 | 2,000,000 |
| VIP 17 | 20,000,000 | 15,000,000 |
| VIP 18 | 50,000,000 | 30,000,000 |
The curve is gentle until VIP 12, doubles at every step to VIP 14, flattens for VIP 15, then explodes. VIP 17 and VIP 18 together cost 45,000,000 points, nine times the whole road from VIP 1 to VIP 16.

VIP level vs VIP time: the part new players miss
Last War splits VIP into two separate things. VIP level is your permanent progress, built from VIP Points. VIP time is a temporary status that switches the bonuses of your current level on. When VIP time runs out, your level stays, but the privileges lock until you activate time again.
VIP time is bought with Diamonds from the VIP menu: 1,000 Diamonds for 24 hours, 3,000 for 7 days and 10,000 for 30 days. The 30 day option works out to about 333 Diamonds a day, a third of the daily price, so long activations are the efficient choice.
- VIP level decides how strong your bonuses are and which features exist.
- VIP time decides whether those bonuses are working right now.
- Some unlocks are permanent, such as the second construction queue at VIP 6, according to Heaven Guardian's VIP guide.
What the main VIP levels unlock
FUNFLY does not publish a full official perk table, and community guides note that privileges are adjusted over time. The milestones below are the ones independent guides agree on. Treat anything beyond them as subject to change and check the in game VIP menu for your current values.
| Level | Notable unlock |
|---|---|
| VIP 1 | Access to the Adventurer Taylor pack |
| VIP 6 | Second construction queue (permanent) |
| VIP 8 | Agent Shirley pack access and the Honor expedition feature |
| VIP 12 | Secret Mobile Squad Mega Mode and auto battle in the Honorable Campaign |
| VIP 13 to 18 | Larger stacks of construction, research, training, healing, march and hero stat bonuses |
For most players VIP 6 and VIP 12 are the two levels that change daily play. VIP 6 doubles building throughput, and VIP 12 removes manual grinding from two recurring modes. Above that, the gains are percentage bonuses that matter most in PvP, Capitol fights and season events.

How to earn VIP Points
- Daily VIP chest. Up to about 200 points a day once your login streak is built, roughly 6,000 a month.
- Alliance gifts. When alliance members buy packs, the gift chests they generate can contain VIP Points for everyone in the alliance.
- Events and packs. Many paid packs and some event rewards include VIP Point items.
- Diamonds. Direct conversion in the VIP menu at 1 Diamond per point, the fastest and most expensive route.
Diamonds spent on VIP Points and Diamonds spent on VIP time come from the same pool. Low spenders usually get more value from keeping VIP time active than from converting Diamonds into points, because a level you cannot switch on does nothing.
Even a player who has collected the full 200 free points every single day since Last War launched in August 2023 would hold only around 230,000 points by October 2026. That is VIP 10, not even VIP 11. Every VIP 13 or higher account you see represents real money spent, which is exactly why VIP is one of the clearest value signals on a Last War account.
Why VIP matters when you buy a Last War account
VIP is the one number on an account that cannot be inflated by cheap buildings. Total Power grows with every structure, but VIP Points only come from time or spending. That makes VIP level a fair proxy for how much the previous owner invested, and a stable value anchor in Last War: Survival accounts for sale.
- VIP 12 to 14: solid mid accounts with Mega Mode and Honorable Campaign automation already unlocked.
- VIP 15 and 16: the range where long term spenders sit; usually paired with HQ 35 and a strong first squad.
- VIP 17 and 18: rare whale accounts. The 15,000,000 point step to VIP 17 alone is bigger than all earlier levels combined.
VIP alone does not make an account strong. Always read it together with Total Hero Power (THP), first squad power and server group, which also decide where you can land in a Transfer Surge. Our guide to Last War Transfer Surge seats, tickets and THP explains how those numbers interact.
What to check in screenshots
- The VIP menu showing both the level and the progress bar, not a cropped badge.
- Remaining VIP time. An expired timer is normal, but you will need Diamonds to switch bonuses back on.
- THP and first squad power in the same session, so the numbers match one account.
- Server number and HQ level.

Frequently asked questions
What is the max VIP level in Last War?
VIP 18 is the current maximum. It requires 50,000,000 cumulative VIP Points. Guides written in early 2025 list 17 levels, so VIP 18 was added later.
How many VIP points do you need for VIP 15?
VIP 15 needs 3,000,000 cumulative points, which is 1,000,000 more than VIP 14. VIP 16 needs 5,000,000.
Does VIP level reset if VIP time expires?
No. Your points and level are permanent. When VIP time expires, most level bonuses lock until you activate VIP time again with Diamonds. Some unlocks, like the VIP 6 second build queue, stay.
Can you reach high VIP for free?
Not realistically. Free sources give up to about 200 points a day, so VIP 12 at 500,000 points would take years. Alliance gifts help, but VIP 13 and above comes from spending.
Is VIP time worth buying?
Usually yes, and the 30 day option for 10,000 Diamonds costs a third of the daily rate. Keeping bonuses active matters more than raising a level you cannot switch on.
If you would rather start with VIP already built, browse hand-checked Last War accounts with VIP, THP, squad power and server listed. Every account comes with a lifetime warranty against recovery by the previous owner, and our team can help you choose the right VIP tier and server group for how you plan to play.
