Short answer: you can buy an Aion 2 account in two kinds of places. Store or marketplace: what is the difference?
On a marketplace you buy from one of many sellers. The platform does not own or check the account; it holds the payment, takes a fee and settles disputes within its cover period. Quality depends on the seller you happen to pick, and the same account is often listed by several resellers at once.
A direct store sells accounts it holds itself. The store, not a third party, checks the account before listing and answers for it after the sale. What you give up is third-party escrow, so look at the store's public record before you pay. METAMMO's record is public on G2G, Eldorado and GameBoost.
Why recovery is the main risk with Aion 2
Aion 2 characters belong to the NC Account, not to the Steam account. Steam is only a linked login: if the seller keeps the NC Account email, they can reset the password and take the characters back, weeks after the sale. That is why you need the NC Account and its email, and why the length of your cover matters as much as having cover at all.
The second risk is the publisher. NC's Operation Policies list trading accounts or characters for real money as a violation, with suspensions of 7, 30 and 90 days. No seller can remove that risk, and nobody should promise otherwise.

Buying for EU servers
Aion 2 global runs separate regions: EU, NA East, NA West, Asia and Latin. A character can transfer only inside its own region and faction, once per transfer window, so an account on the wrong region cannot be fixed later. Pick the region you connect from, then the faction: Elyos and Asmodian servers are listed separately, for example Israphel (Asmodian) or Kaisinel (Elyos). On METAMMO every listing names the server and faction, and the Aion 2 catalog filters by region, faction, class and Gear Score.
Note that the global version is closed in some countries, including Russia, Belarus, China, Korea, Taiwan, Belgium and the Netherlands. Playing through a VPN lowers the account's trust status and limits the Market and Exchange.
What to check before paying
- The NC Account, not only Steam. You need the NC Account email and password, then you change both and link your own login. A Steam login alone does not carry the characters.
- Region, server and faction. Confirm them on a screenshot of the character select screen.
- Gear Score and Combat Power shown, not just written. Ask for the character sheet with both numbers, the equipped items and the inventory. Titles round up; screenshots do not.
- Membership and pass. Special Quai Membership is bought per server for 30 days and opens the Market and the Kina Exchange. Ask how many days are left and on which server.
- Alts. Many accounts come with several levelled characters. They raise the price and only matter if you will play them.
- No bought Kina. NC has warned that Kina or Quna bought from unauthorized sellers breaks its terms. An account stuffed with purchased currency is a higher risk.
Red flags
- A seller who will hand over the Steam login but not the NC Account email.
- Gear Score typed in the title with no character-sheet screenshot.
- A promise that the account can move to any region or faction. Transfers stay inside the region and faction.
- A request to pay outside the marketplace to save fees.
- A promise that the account cannot be banned. Nobody can promise that.
How METAMMO handles Aion 2 accounts
