FAQ about Fortnite accounts with Aerial Assault Trooper
What is the Aerial Assault Trooper OG style?
The Black & Gold style. Only players who bought Aerial Assault Trooper in Chapter 1 Season 1 (2017) have it; players who bought it after the December 2024 return do not.
Is Aerial Assault Trooper still rare?
The outfit is less rare than before: it returned in the OG Season Shop on 20 December 2024 and has been in the Item Shop on 84 days since (fortnite.gg). An original 2017 Aerial Assault Trooper with the Black & Gold style is still rare.
When was Aerial Assault Trooper last in the Item Shop?
On 31 January 2026, according to fortnite.gg (checked 21 October 2026).
Is AA1 the same as Aerial Assault Trooper?
No. In listing titles "AA1" usually means Aerial Assault One, the Season 1 glider. Aerial Assault Trooper is the outfit, written "Aerial" or "OG Aerial".

Today the 24 Fortnite accounts with Aerial Assault Trooper listed here cost from $900 to $20,009, median $3,009; 21 of them are listed as the original 2017 version, from $900.

About Aerial Assault Trooper
Aerial Assault Trooper was sold in the Chapter 1 Season 1 Season Shop to players who had reached level 15, next to Renegade Raider. For seven years it did not return, and it became one of the four outfits of the OG quad.
On 20 December 2024 Epic brought it back in the OG Season Shop, so the outfit alone no longer proves an old account: fortnite.gg counts 84 days in the shop since, most recently on 31 January 2026. The Black & Gold style belongs to the original 2017 buyers, and that is the "OG style" buyers search for. Listings that name it as "OG Aerial" get an "OG Aerial" badge here.
OG Aerial Assault Trooper or the 2024 version
- OG Aerial Assault Trooper: bought in Season 1 (2017), with the Black & Gold style in the style selector.
- Aerial Assault Trooper from the December 2024 return: the same outfit without the original-owner style.
- Aerial Assault One, the Season 1 glider often written "AA1" in titles, is a separate item. It also returned in December 2024 with the same rule for its Black & Gold style.
- With OG Renegade Raider, OG Skull Trooper and OG Ghoul Trooper on the same account, it completes the OG quad.
What to check on an Aerial Assault Trooper account
- "OG Aerial" in the title and the Black & Gold style in the screenshots.
- The other Season 1 items: OG Renegade Raider, Raider's Revenge and the Aerial Assault One glider often come with an original Aerial Assault Trooper.
- Which other OG skins are named: they set most of the price.
