What is the OG quad in Fortnite?
The four Chapter 1 Season 1 outfits in their original 2017 styles: Renegade Raider and Aerial Assault Trooper with Black & Gold, Skull Trooper with Purple Glow and Ghoul Trooper with Pink. Black Knight is not part of it.
Is Black Knight part of the OG quad?
No. Black Knight is the tier 70 reward of the Chapter 1 Season 2 Battle Pass. Many quad accounts also have it, and the title then names it separately.
Can you still get the OG quad?
The outfits can be bought again, but the original styles cannot: they stay with the players who bought the outfits in 2017. An account that already has all four styles is the only way to own the quad today.

What the OG quad is
The OG quad is the set of four outfits from Fortnite's first season, each in the style only its 2017 buyers have: Renegade Raider and Aerial Assault Trooper with the Black & Gold style, Skull Trooper with Purple Glow and Ghoul Trooper with the Pink style. An account has the quad only when all four are there in those versions.
All four outfits have come back to the Item Shop since 2017: Skull Trooper and Ghoul Trooper almost every October, Renegade Raider and Aerial Assault Trooper in the OG Season Shop from 20 December 2024. Later buyers get the outfits without the original styles, so the quad is defined by the styles, not by the names. That is why every title on this page names the OG versions, and why an account with the quad is one of the oldest lockers a Fortnite account can have.
Black Knight is often listed next to the quad, but it is not one of the four: it is the tier 70 reward of the Season 2 Battle Pass. Accounts that have both carry it as a separate item, and so do the Raider's Revenge pickaxe and the Aerial Assault One glider from Season 1.
How to tell a real OG quad
- Renegade Raider and Aerial Assault Trooper: the Black & Gold style in the style selector, which buyers after the December 2024 return do not have.
- Skull Trooper: the Purple Glow style, reserved for its October 2017 buyers.
- Ghoul Trooper: the Pink style, also reserved for October 2017 buyers.
- "Quad" in a title means all four in those styles. Black Knight, Raider's Revenge and the Aerial Assault One glider are extras on top.
What to check on an OG quad account
- All four original styles in the screenshots: Black & Gold on Renegade Raider and Aerial Assault Trooper, Purple Glow on Skull Trooper, Pink on Ghoul Trooper.
- The extras named in the title, such as Black Knight or OG Raider's Revenge: they move the price within the quad accounts.
- Which platforms the account was played on, so you know what to link after delivery.
