About Mako
Mako is one of the first gliders in Fortnite, from Chapter 1, Season 1. It was sold in the Season 1 Season Shop and then appeared in the Item Shop exactly once, on 2 January 2018. It has not been sold since: 3,215 days as of 22 October 2026.
Unlike Renegade Raider and Raider's Revenge, Mako was not part of the OG Season Shop return in December 2024, so every Mako on an account today was bought in late 2017 or on that single day in January 2018.
That makes the glider a quiet proof of age. It usually sits on accounts with Season 1 outfits, OG styles or the Aerial Assault One glider, and buyers who check a locker for Chapter 1 history look for it next to them.
Why the Mako glider marks an OG account
- One Item Shop day on record, on 2 January 2018.
- Not part of the December 2024 OG Season Shop return.
- Usually found with other Season 1 and Season 2 items.
What to check on a Mako account
- The Mako glider in the locker.
- The OG outfits and styles named in the title: they set most of the price.
- Linked consoles and the email change after delivery.
You buy every account from METAMMO. We log in and check the locker and styles by hand before listing, hand the account over in a private support ticket and help you move it to your own email. Every account has a lifetime warranty against recovery by a previous owner: a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Step by step: the Fortnite account buying guide.
