What it takes to max a commander
A summoned Legendary commander needs 690 sculptures to max all four skills (700 including the 10 to unlock). An Epic needs 440 (450).

Universal sculptures can be exchanged for a specific commander’s sculptures (the “A Will to Skill” event). The Mightiest Governor event (MGE) also pays out sculptures of its featured Legendary commander.
