Buying a Drakensang Online account
A Drakensang Online account is a Bigpoint account with one or more characters on fixed servers. Six checks before you pay.

You are buying a Bigpoint account
Characters live on a Bigpoint account with a username, email and password. Steam accounts link to it, and since November 2025 players who used Facebook must add a username and password on the website. Make sure you get the Bigpoint login and its email, not just a Steam login.

The server
A character stays on its server; there is no transfer. Grimmag and Heredur are the busy ones. Check the server matches where you or your friends play.

Proof of damage and sets
Ask for a screenshot of the character sheet without buffs, and of the equipped sets and weapon. Damage changes with buffs and weapon, so an unbuffed number is the one to compare.

Andermant and Premium
If a listing counts Andermant or years of Premium, ask to see the balance and the Premium end date in the game.

Every character on the account
Many accounts carry several level 100 characters. Ask for the class, server and damage of each one, since a second geared character adds real value.

The handover
You should end with the Bigpoint email and password changed to yours, and any linked Steam account handed over or unlinked. Support answers only in German and English since December 2025, which matters if you ever need it. On METAMMO a private ticket opens after payment and we help with each step.

Bigpoint’s terms forbid selling or transferring an account. No seller can remove that risk. What a seller can remove is the previous owner coming back: the email and password changed to yours, and a warranty if they try. Our lifetime warranty covers recovery only, not bans.

Buying FAQ
Can I move a bought character to my own account?
No. Characters belong to the Bigpoint account and its server; there is no transfer between accounts or servers.
Do I need Steam to play a bought account?
No. The Bigpoint login works in the standalone client. If the account was linked to Steam, ask for that Steam account to be handed over or unlinked.
What does the METAMMO warranty cover?
Recovery: if a previous owner takes the account back, you get a replacement or a refund, for life. It does not cover bans or other action by Bigpoint.
