Sword and shield or two-handed weapon
The toughest class and the usual pick for a first character. Smash and Ground Breaker hit everything around it, and it survives mistakes the others do not.
Buying one: Sellers call it Warrior or DK. A two-handed build (“2h”) with a high damage number is what the expensive ones list.

Staff
Fire, ice and lightning from range, with the strongest area damage and crowd control. Magic Missile and Frozen Sphere are its staples. Fragile up close.
Buying one: Listed as Mage or Circle Mage. The class we have sold most often, from 240K to 1.4M damage.

Bow
Fast and mobile, with traps and summons. Quick Shot and Deadly Blow carry most builds; it kites well in both PvE and PvP.

What is the best class for beginners in Drakensang Online?
The Dragonknight. It is the toughest class and forgives mistakes while you learn the game; the Spellweaver deals more area damage but is fragile up close.
What is the Steam Mechanicus?
The dwarf engineer class. It fights with firearms and turrets and uses Steam as its resource. It is the least common class on the account market.
What do sellers mean by Mage, Warrior, Archer and Dwarf?
Old or informal names: Mage or Circle Mage is the Spellweaver, Warrior or DK is the Dragonknight, Archer is the Ranger, and Dwarf or Gnome is the Steam Mechanicus.
