Can I play an EU account from another region?
You can log in from anywhere, but the account plays on the EU servers; from outside Europe the ping is higher. Riot does not let you move an account to another region from a menu, so buy the region you play on.
What happens if a previous owner recovers the account?
Every VALORANT account from METAMMO has a lifetime warranty against recall or recovery by a previous owner: you get a replacement or a full refund, your choice, with no time limit.

About EU VALORANT accounts
A VALORANT account belongs to the region it was created in. An EU account plays on the European servers, and queues with players in Europe; you cannot switch an account to NA or Asia from the client. If you play from Europe, an EU account gives you the ping and the matchmaking you expect.
Most of our VALORANT accounts are EU accounts. They are ranked accounts with competitive unlocked, and most are bought for their collection: Champions bundles from 2021 to 2026, the Arcane Sheriff and Vandal, the Ignite Fan, VCT LOCK//IN and capsule items, alongside store collections such as Reaver, Elderflame, Prime and Kuronami. Several state their ranked history, from Gold to Radiant peaks.
How we count: the title names EU, EUW, Europe or DE; when it names no region, the account's "Server" attribute is EU. Titles that say "Any Region" are left out.
What to check before you buy
- The limited skins in a current screenshot of the collection: the title lists what the seller counted, the collection shows what the account owns.
- The region: a VALORANT account plays on the region it was created in, and you cannot switch it from a menu.
- The current rank and whether ranked is unlocked, if you plan to play competitive.
