Dragon Ball Legends login and account safety

Dragon Ball Legends has no game password: progress lives on the server and is tied to the external accounts you link.

If no account is linked, the data cannot be moved to another device. Here is how linking works and what to check when an account changes hands.

The iOS / Android rule

Moving data to a device with a different OS removes all Chrono Crystals and the LEGENDS Pass; moving back does not restore them, and Bandai Namco does not reissue them. Units, stars and items move; crystals do not.

That is why listings say “iOS only” or “Android only”. If you buy a starter for its crystals, buy it for your platform.

  • After a successful transfer you must wait 24 hours before the next one.
  • The transfer fails if a linked account was deleted or you lost its login.
  • Party presets and GodTube replay lists do not transfer.
  • Some external services allow only one linked game account.

Checklist

  1. Log in on your device with the provided login and check the Player ID and Player Name.
  2. Change the email password of the provided login (Bandai Namco ID, Google or other).
  3. Link your own Bandai Namco ID or account if possible, and remove links you do not control.
  4. Check the character box: ULTRA and LEGEND units, stars, LL count, crystals.
  5. Keep the login details safe: without a linked account the data cannot be recovered.

  • Account deletion: an owner can ask support to delete the account, and this cannot be undone. Control of every linked login matters.
  • The publisher’s rules: Bandai Namco’s terms forbid sharing passwords and trading game currency or items outside the game, and the publisher can suspend accounts. We do not promise anything about actions by the publisher.

How do I transfer a Dragon Ball Legends account to my phone?

Install the game, pick data transfer on the first screen, choose the linked service and log in. Then check the Player ID.

Will I keep my Chrono Crystals if I switch from Android to iPhone?

No. All Chrono Crystals and the LEGENDS Pass are lost when you move to a different OS.

What is the safest login type?

A Bandai Namco ID with an email you fully control.

Is there a separate Global and Japan server?

Listings call accounts “Global”, and we have not seen an official split into separate servers. Ask us if you have a doubt about a specific account.

What if I uninstall the game without a linked account?

The data can be lost. Always link an account first.
