Blood Banquet: Every 0.5s, Alice deals 25 (+30% Total Magic Power) (+ 0.5% - 2.5% target's , scaling with level) Magic Damage to nearby enemies. She also recovers 10 (+3% Extra Max HP) HP and gains 8% Movement Speed. Its duration is refreshed when her skills hit an enemy hero. Damage to creeps is capped at 70 (+10*Hero Level) Magic Damage.
