MLBB login and safe transfer
A Mobile Legends account belongs to whoever controls the email of its Moonton account. Buying one safely means receiving that email, securing it, and removing every other login of the previous owner.
After payment you get the login with the Moonton email, change its password, switch on two-factor and replace the third-party logins. We stay with you until the account is fully yours. If a previous owner ever recovers it, we replace it or refund you in full, at your choice.

A Moonton binding cannot be removed
Third-party logins can be unbound in the Account Center (3rd Party Accounts), but a Moonton binding cannot be removed. The handover therefore moves the Moonton email to the buyer instead of unbinding it.

Recovery goes to whoever can prove the account
A recovery or appeal goes through Customer Service in the game, with the game ID and server. Support asks for top-up receipts or store order IDs, the approximate purchase dates and the region, which is why a previous owner who paid for the account can sometimes win it back.
Trading breaks the terms
Moonton’s terms do not allow account trading, so a traded account can be acted against. No seller can remove that risk; what a seller can do is cover recovery by a previous owner.
