Marcel

Marcel is a Support played in the Roam, with the specialty Crowd Control and Support.

Platinum Snap. Marcel's split soul, Clemar, enters the camera to freeze the moment. His Basic Attacks deal 50 (+40% Total Physical Attack)(+40% Total Magic Defense)(+40% Total Physical Defense) Physical Damage. His Extra is converted into 1.5% . Clemar automatically snaps photos of enemy heroes near Marcel, causing a brief Frozen Moment and dealing 20 (+ 5% of ) True Damage (triggers Attack Effects). It also grants a shield of the same value to Marcel and a nearby allied hero. Cooldown: 12s per target.

Golden Hour (CD: 90 · Mana Cost: 150). Marcel and Clemar perform a joint shoot. After a short delay, Clemar takes a wide-angle shot of the target area for 2s. During this time, Marcel enters the Tracking Haste state while inside the area. All other units in the area are put into a Frozen Moment and are immune to all effects except from Marcel. All projectiles are also frozen and will continue after a delay (targeted projectiles will deal 50% damage). Golden Hour resets the cooldown of Platinum Snap for each enemy hero. Allied heroes with the Platinum Snap shield can move freely within the area.
