Heirlooms by name, the platform, and full access. Those three decide whether an Apex account is the one you want and whether it stays yours.

Checklist
Before you pay
- Heirlooms by name. A title says “8 heirlooms”; a screenshot of the heirloom collection says which. If you main Wraith, an account with her kunai is worth more to you than one with more heirlooms for legends you never play. All heirlooms.
- Recolor or original. Several legends have a second heirloom set from a single event; ask which one the account has.
- Prestige skins and their tier. Tiers above the first take a lot of play on that legend. Prestige skins.
- Badges and rank history. Predator and Master badges, 4K and 20 Kill badges are on the account’s banner and cannot be added later. Badges.
- Platform. Which platforms the EA account is linked to (Steam, EA app, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch) decides where you play it, and Apex Coins do not move between platforms. EA account & platforms.
- Full access. Email, login and password, so you can change them and turn on two-step verification yourself. Securing the account.
- A warranty against recovery that lasts as long as you own the account.

Is it worth paying for?
Heirlooms, Prestige skins and old badges cannot be moved between accounts, and most of them take a long time to earn: an heirloom needs 150 shards from a very rare pack drop or a full collection event. What is not worth paying extra for: a high level on its own, common legendary skins that return to the store, and rank on the current split, which resets. What should I check before buying an Apex Legends account?
Check each heirloom by name in a current screenshot, the Prestige skins and their tier, the badges you care about, which platforms the EA account is linked to, and that you get full access: email, login and password, so you can secure the account yourself.
