What makes an Apex Legends account valuable?
Heirlooms set the tier: each set costs 150 Heirloom Shards, which drop at 0.045% per pack or by the 500th eligible pack. Then come which heirlooms (your legend; partnership Mythics such as the Buster Sword never enter the store), Prestige skins at tier 3, Predator badges from past seasons, and retired event and Battle Pass items. Level, current rank and unlocked legends add little.

Does account level matter?
Less than buyers expect. A high level means many packs were opened, but the inventory decides the value.
