Each of these legends has an original heirloom set: the melee weapon, a banner pose and an intro quip (Pathfinder’s set has a kill quip). Each arrived with a Collection Event and now costs 150 Heirloom Shards in the Mythic store.

Second sets for a legend, in new colours with a banner frame and an emote or finisher. Most came with a single event and joined the Mythic store afterwards; Crypto’s Durumi Blade went straight to the store.

Universal Mythic melees

Since January 2024 some events add a Mythic melee any legend can equip. Partnership items (Buster Sword, the Gundam pair, Hadoken) never enter the Mythic store, which makes them the hardest to get later.

Heirloom FAQ

How many heirlooms are in Apex Legends?

As of 27 October 2026, 19 legends have their own heirloom set, from Wraith’s kunai (launch, February 2019) to Fuse’s Razor’s Edge (September 2023). 7 recolor sets and 12 universal Mythic melees bring the total to 38. A heirloom set costs 150 Heirloom Shards in the Mythic store; partnership melees such as the Buster Sword never enter it.

What was the last heirloom added to Apex?

The last new legend heirloom was Fuse’s Razor's Edge (19 September 2023). Since then Respawn has added recolors (most recently Pathfinder’s Belva Bruisers, May 2025) and universal melees, the latest being the Hadoken (Street Fighter 6 event, September 2026).

Which legends do not have an heirloom?

Mad Maggie, Newcastle, Vantage, Catalyst, Ballistic, Conduit, Alter, Sparrow, Axle, as of 27 October 2026. They can still equip universal Mythic melees.

How much does an heirloom cost?

150 Heirloom Shards in the Mythic store; they cannot be bought directly with Apex Coins or crafted with metals. Shards drop from Apex Packs at 0.045% per pack, guaranteed within 500 eligible packs.

Can I buy an account with a specific heirloom?

Yes. Heirlooms cannot be moved between accounts, so an account that already has one is the only way to get it without the shards. Every METAMMO account is checked by hand; request one with the heirloom you want and we will look for it.
