Rarity

How rare is it on an account?

Not exclusive: it can still be unlocked with 150 Heirloom Shards. What keeps it uncommon is the cost, since each set takes a full 150 shards from a 0.045% pack drop or an event. Heirlooms cannot be traded or moved between accounts.

Ask for a current screenshot of the Octane melee slot or the heirloom collection: titles often state only a heirloom count.
Octane has another set: Octane's Prototype. Check which one the account has.
Octane’s Prestige skin Apex Riptide on the same account shows a collection built around that legend.
Full access to the EA account (email, login and password) so you can secure it yourself. Buying checklist.
