Because the house is warband-wide, an account’s house and decor collection come with it. Older accounts can also hold mounts and achievements from content that is no longer available. Every account at METAMMO is checked by hand and comes with full access, so you can secure it yourself.

How does player housing work in WoW Midnight?
Player housing gives each warband a house in a neighbourhood: Founder’s Point for the Alliance or Razorwind Shores for the Horde, in public, charter or guild neighbourhoods. The house is shared by all your characters, and decor comes from vendors, raids and dungeons, professions, delves, Endeavors and Prey.
When did player housing come to WoW?
Housing opened in early access on 2 December 2025 with patch 11.2.7 for players who had bought Midnight, and is part of the expansion since launch on 2 March 2026.
Where are the WoW housing neighbourhoods?
Founder’s Point for the Alliance and Razorwind Shores for the Horde. Neighbourhoods can be public, charter (set up by a group of players) or guild neighbourhoods.
Is a WoW house shared across characters?
Yes. Your house belongs to your warband: every character on the account can use it and its decor.
How much does a house cost?
Sources disagree on the gold cost of the first plot, so we do not quote a number; check in game at the neighbourhood board.
How do you get housing decor?
Vendors; Dungeon and raid bosses (for example Ula’tek trophies); Professions; Endeavors, the neighbourhood activity; Delves; Prey (Silvermoon decor at each Prey level).
Does a bought WoW account keep its house and decor?
Yes: the house and its decor belong to the warband on that World of Warcraft account, so they come with it. Ask the seller for screenshots of the house and the decor collection if it matters to you.
