Forever Beta adds Shifting Power talents to Feral Druids, removes Tiger's Fury

The latest Forever Beta update added two Druid talents, Shifting Power and Improved Shifting Power. Shifting Power converts 55% of base mana into 40 Energy on a 16-second cooldown, which drops to 8 seconds with 2 points in the improved talent. It needs no macro and does not remove slows or snares, while Feral Druids lost Tiger's Fury and King of the Jungle in the same change, which the Wowhead author sees as good for PvE but a hit to Cat Form burst and utility in PvP.

Horde attunement for City of Dalaran dungeon outlined on WoW: Forever Beta

With level 30 now unlocked on the WoW: Forever Beta, Wowhead has summarized the Horde attunement for the City of Dalaran dungeon, which is based on a video by Farmerfarms. Horde players start with quests from Magus Wordeen Voidglare and Keeper Bel'varil in Tarren Mill, including kill tasks and item turn-ins. The chain ends with Blood in the Streets, which leads to Image of Archmage Modera outside Dalaran, and the Heart of Disruption quest that grants the Dalaran Sewer Key. Alliance players, by comparison, only need to speak to Modera to receive the key and a quest.

Blizzard published a video on the World of Warcraft YouTube channel covering who the Skyborne are, where they come from, their racials, and which classes they can play. A pinned comment from the channel says more details about the Skyborne models will be shared, a topic that has drawn heavy interest in WoW: Forever. According to Wowhead, the Skyborne are currently the only in-game race without proper Standard Definition models, and their Druid forms lack them too.
