Seven profession vendors at Three Corners sell 289 recipes for Merchant’s Favor, priced from 30 to 360. Below is every one we saw in the beta, with the skill it needs and its price, checked against the beta client. Prices may change at launch.

What Merchant’s Favor is
“Worth a considerable amount of gold and thus used as an interim currency among high-traffic merchant organizations. Members of the Durotar Supply and Logistics or Azeroth Commerce Authority would be willing to trade for this.”In-game description, beta client 1.60.1.70374
- It sits in the Currency window under Professions & Tradeskills. Its icon is a coin stamped with a fist, not the round gold coin.
- You earn it by filling Waylaid Crates with profession materials and handing them in at your faction depot: Three Corners in Redridge Mountains for the Alliance, west of the Crossroads for the Horde.
- In the client, Waylaid Crates need level 10 to use, and sealed crates come in five tiers (Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, Artisan, Elite).
- Recipe icons show red until your character has the skill, and prices above your balance are greyed out.

How the prices tier
The price follows the skill the recipe needs. The table shows each vendor’s price steps and the skill range in each. The vendors use 9 amounts: 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 270, 360. The client’s cost table also has Merchant’s Favor amounts we did not see at these vendors (15, 100, 200, 400, 1200, 1500, 6000), so other rewards probably exist.

Every crafting vendor except the Chef sells a Certification for 1,000 Merchant’s Favor. It requires skill 300. In the client, using it permanently unlocks a title for all characters on your account: “the Alchemist”, “the Blacksmith”, “the Enchanter”, “the Engineer”, “the Leatherworker”, “the Tailor”.

New recipes in Forever
286 of these 289 recipe items are not in the Classic Era client. They are new level-band sets (for example Wisdom’s, Totemic and Stormrider’s leather, the Nether- cloth shoulders, the Justicar’s and Warder’s Blacksmithing sets), caster elixirs and potions, Engineering SAF-T safety gadgets, smoothies, and Enchanting formulas for staves, orbs, librams, totems, idols and necklace enchants. How this was made, and what is not confirmed
- · Vendor lists and prices: our own screenshots of the beta, 15 October 2026. Vendor stock is not in the game client, so these prices cannot be cross-checked there.
- · Required skill, quality, the crafted item’s level and enchant effects: the beta client item and spell tables, build 1.60.1.70374. “New” means the recipe item does not exist in Classic Era 1.15.9.70003.
- · Two pages were not captured: Leatherworker page 8 of 9 and Tailor page 3 of 7, so about 20 recipes are missing.
- · Horde vendors (Durotar Supply and Logistics, west of the Crossroads) were not checked; we do not know if they sell the same list.
- · Blizzard has not published the vendor lists or prices. Beta data, may change at launch.

Merchant’s Favor FAQ
What is Merchant’s Favor in WoW Forever?
A new profession currency (currency ID 3402 in the client, listed under Professions & Tradeskills). Its in-game description calls it an interim currency among high-traffic merchant organizations and says the Durotar Supply and Logistics and the Azeroth Commerce Authority will trade for it. You earn it by turning in filled Waylaid Crates at your faction depot.
Where are the Merchant’s Favor vendors?
In the beta we found seven profession vendors at Three Corners in Redridge Mountains, the Alliance depot: Nina Surefire (Alchemist), Stondry Darkhammer (Blacksmith), Alynsia (Enchanter), Fritz Fizzle (Engineer), Daniel Stitchsong (Leatherworker), Mivin Shadowweave (Tailor) and Kalsey Sanden (Chef). The Horde depot is west of the Crossroads in the Barrens; we have not checked its vendor list.
How much do Merchant’s Favor recipes cost?
From 30 to 360 Merchant’s Favor in the beta. Armour patterns and plans cost 30, 60 or 90 (120 for the top Blacksmithing plans); Alchemy and Enchanting use 45, 120, 180 and 240; Engineering 45, 180, 270 and 360. The price rises with the required skill.
What does a profession Certification do?
Each crafting vendor except the Chef sells a Certification for 1,000 Merchant’s Favor. It requires skill 300, and the client describes it as permanently unlocking a profession title, such as “the Alchemist”, for all characters on your account.
Are these recipes new in WoW Forever?
Almost all of them: 286 of the 289 recipe items do not exist in the Classic Era client (build 1.15.9.70003).
Will the prices be the same at launch?
Unknown. These are beta prices from 15 October 2026 (build 1.60.1.70374). Blizzard has not published vendor lists or prices, and beta values can change before 4 November.
