How many new quests are in WoW Forever?
The Forever client (build 1.60.1.70532) knows 6,616 quest IDs against 4,807 in Classic Era: 1,811 are new. The count may include hidden tracking quests, so it can be higher than the number of quests you will see in your quest log.
Can I see the new quest names and rewards?
Not from client data: quest titles, objectives, text and rewards are sent by the server when you pick a quest up. We list what the client does contain — quest chains, quest-starting items and map markers — and will add confirmed quest details after launch.
What are Craftsman’s Writs?
Items that start a quest: “A pending crafting order. Acquire the requested items and deliver them to the customer for a reward.” The client has 150 of them, each naming a crafted item. See the gold and professions page for what that means for crafters.
