Frost changes

  • NewIce Lance

11-point talent. Instant, low damage, tripled against Frozen targets or with Fingers of Frost.

  • NewFingers of Frost

Row 5. Chill effects give 1 or 2 charges that let your spells treat the target as Frozen.

Moved to row 4 as the 16-point talent.

  • ChangedCold Snap

Moved to row 5 as the 21-point talent; cooldown 10 minutes instead of 5.

  • ChangedImproved Blizzard

Slow cut from 65% to 40%, to weaken area farming.

  • Winter’s Chill icon
    ChangedWinter’s Chill

Only helps the caster, and only Frostbolt and Ice Lance crit chance.

  • ChangedElemental Precision

Adds hit chance with Fire and Frost spells instead of lowering resistances.

  • ChangedPermafrost

Extends Chill effects by 11, 22 or 33% instead of a flat 1 to 3 seconds.

  • ChangedShatter and Frost Channeling

Shatter no longer requires Improved Frost Nova; Frost Channeling moves to row 3.

These apply to Frost too, regardless of where talent points go.

  • NewComprehension

A Mage-only minor tradeskill. Comprehend Scroll lets you read and decipher scrolls dropped by creatures.

  • ChangedCone of Cold

Shorter duration, to cut kiting-based farming and boosting.

  • ChangedMage Armor

Larger mana regeneration bonus from Spirit.

  • ChangedMagic Attunement

Frost Mage: skip the climb to 60

Levelling 1–60 takes about 150 hours of play by community estimates, and Blizzard has announced no WoW Token and no paid boost for Forever. These are the prices other sellers are already taking pre-orders at.

Market prices: pre-order listings on lfcarry.com, wowvendor.com, skycoach.gg, kingboost.net and others, checked 14 October 2026. Our own rates go up when realms open — no one can deliver Forever gold before 4 November.
