  NewMutilate

  21-point talent. 60 energy, strikes with both daggers for 2 combo points, more damage against poisoned targets.

  NewVenom

  31-point talent. A 25-energy finisher that raises Poison damage by 30% and Poison application chance by 10%.

  ChangedCold Blood

  Now the 16-point talent (was 21) and works with Mutilate.

  ChangedVigor

  A 2-point row 5 talent instead of the 31-point one.

• 
  ChangedImproved Poisons

  Large chance for poisons not to use a charge.

  ChangedImproved Expose Armor

  Cheaper, and refunds combo points at 5.

  Crit chance for all attacks and Poisons.

  ChangedMurder

  Now works on Giants; no longer on Beasts and Dragonkin.

  Rogues can now equip them.

  No longer breaks Stealth.

  More charges, and they now sit alongside Sharpening Stones and Weightstones.

  Reduces armour as much as 5 Sunder Armors and no longer blocks Sunder Armor.

  Also lowers enemy Stealth detection for 10 seconds.

  Double the threat reduction.
