Combat changes

  NewHack and Slash

  Row 5. One talent covering daggers, maces, swords and fist weapons; axes get the sword bonus.

  NewFlawless Execution

  16-point talent. Eviscerate costs 10 less energy.

• 
  ChangedWeapon Expertise

  Lowers the target’s dodge and parry chance.

• 
  ChangedImproved Eviscerate

  Moved here from Assassination with a bigger bonus.

• 
  ChangedPuncturing Wounds

  Was Improved Backstab. Adds Mutilate crit, and Backstab can give an extra combo point.

• 
  ChangedPrecision

  Hit chance for all spells, attacks and Poisons.

  ChangedEndurance

  Cuts Sprint and Evasion cooldowns by a percentage.

• 
  ChangedDeflection and Aggression

  Deflection gives twice the parry per point; Aggression now boosts Backstab.

  ChangedDual Wield Specialization

  Smaller off-hand damage bonus.

  RemovedWeapon Specializations

  Dagger, Mace, Sword and Fist Weapon Specialization are gone, folded into Hack and Slash.

Baseline changes — every Rogue

These apply to Combat too, regardless of where talent points go.

  NewOne-handed axes

  Rogues can now equip them.

  ChangedSap

  No longer breaks Stealth.

• 
  ChangedPoisons

  More charges, and they now sit alongside Sharpening Stones and Weightstones.

  ChangedExpose Armor

  Reduces armour as much as 5 Sunder Armors and no longer blocks Sunder Armor.

  ChangedDistract

  Also lowers enemy Stealth detection for 10 seconds.

  ChangedFeint

  Double the threat reduction.
